Hi Dylan, been reading and watching your stuff in as much volume as I can find. Hoping I can ask for a few moments of your time for some advice for a noob.
I'm exploring S4 for fat loss only. My muscle and strength are fine, but I have always had issues with fat despite excellent training and diet. So, I am not looking for strength or muscle gains as much as something that will specifically help me lose fat without losing muscle. I have slightly HBP so I can't use any stimulants.
What is your opinion on using S4 specifically for fat loss (not just a couple trouble pounds, but 5%+ of body weight)? Is it advised or would you recommend some other (possibly even not a SARM) approach keeping in mind I have to avoid stimulants?
