Hi, I'm in my 2nd week with GW, SR, RAD, Osta, and S4. I've put on about 5 lbs, lost 2 inches in my waist, gained an inch in my biceps, thighs went up two inches, and the before/after photos just in this period are definitely noticeable. I haven't experienced any side effects and I'm feeling great. I know my body fat percentage has definitely dropped and I've padded a good deal of muscle in that 5 lbs differential.
Based on free dieting, my extreme fat loss (2lbs/week) daily caloric intake a working out 5 days/week (intense) is 1371. I'm probably consuming closer to 1500 and adding about an hour of cardio a day to bring that down. I'm pretty sure my Elliptical was lying to me and saying I was burning 600 calories in an hour but the treadmills at the gym and the calculators online indicate for my weight, age, height that I'm really burning something like 200 when my heart rate rate is around 120. Although, on the elliptical, I'm sure my heart rate is much higher. In any case, I'm making sure I stay close to that 1371 number.

To my question, I've been looking around and keep finding mixed information about the use of Creatine while cutting. The jury seems to be out but it looks like its based maybe on goals. My goals are to drop the water weight, fat, and cut up something fierce in the next 120 days. Any thoughts about whether I should continue to supplement with Creatine during this period?
