The here is the results of blood tests a few months ago from before I started my first cycle. Can anyone translate?

I dont really know what any of that means. I notice that I'm on the lower end of the ranges that they give, especially the bottom two. Is that any cause for concern? When I'm off my cycle and back to normal levels, am I going to be able to stay muscular based on my normal levels? I didn't realise till today how low in the range that I was. Its freaking me out a bit.

You are right in the middle of normal range, so what are you concerned about? For what you have numbers look fine, but you need a more comprehensive test

That's about 376ng/dl. How old are you? What kind of cycle? How many cycles?

How did you feel at that point? That would make you feel like utter shit IMO. 300's did to me, anyway. But everyone's different.

What does that mean exactly? I don't know what 376ng/dl means
Well yeah I wasn't exactly a physical specimen and my sex drive was low but the doctors said that i was within range. My gains came slow but I got decently big compared to my normal

Well its my first cycle, i started with teragon sustanon 250ml a week, I found that utterly useless so Im changing to 400 test e for the last half of the cycle.

check out this chart http://www.menshormonalhealth.com/normal-testosterone-levels.html

hes saying your overall test levels are in the 300's.. thats TERRIBLE... it means you have low test overall on the conversion... are you having low test symptoms? tired, sluggish, low libido, unable to gain muscle easy, etc... ?

Yeah I had those symptoms for a few years but after I started grappling and got reasonably strong(er), I just shrugged off the other symptoms as mental blocks or just figured I wasn't very mentally strong or something like that. I wouldn't have started my first cycle without first getting somewhat stronger, but yes I have felt sluggish for a while. I'm surprised that being on test hasn't totally taken away that sluggishness. I'm 45 days in to my first cycle and Im still dragging ass mid-late week if I had Judo on Monday

Holy shit, according to that chart my test levels are like im 85 years old!! What the heck. Fuck I need some viagra just reading that.

How old are you bro.. That hella low. Maybe I missed your age but regardless that's low even if your more mature.

It's 'expected' for someone in that age bracket due to the natural drop every year after 25, but it's certainly not ideal and what TRT was originally designed for - to keep older men happily functioning.

I can tell you from personal experience but being in the 300's and having the hormonal functioning of an 80 year old inside the body of a 25 year old RUINED my life. At 29 and on TRT I now feel better than I did in my early 20s. I had no idea how long I was that low. Pituitary problem in my case.

From here, I would suggest that you are a good candidate to be on permanent TRT, HOWEVER, I would do a little more digging first after this cycle WITH a proper PCT to see if you can get your natural Test back - and assess where it is. It may just be that it is from poor lifestyle or diet choices etc and is easily correctable. Or it may be time to actually utilise TRT.

Test can make you sleepy to begin with (any hormonal change can), and depending on the Ester, at 45 days (5-6ish weeks) you're only just getting started and it's only beginning to really kick in.
