i cant/won't touch mass gainers... there's a few good ones out there im sure but generally they taste great but are horrible for you

i have never had their oatmeal so i cant say but only get true flavors, they use stevia... my favorite are the chocolate fudge brownie, chocolate coconut and cinnamon roll

c4 is one of the few i liked... i cant take any pwo now, they completely ruined my stomach to the extent that i cannot even smell them but that was one i actually liked when i could take them... cellucor is one of the few mainstream companies that actually comes through...

The problem is that most mass gainers are so bad for you that you would be much better off with a cheat meal
