Hey brothers!

just finalising my optimised training plan for when my SARMS arrive (purchased from SARMSX)

as i'll be running GW for 16 weeks, i'd like advise of bespoke training principles for my goal - body recomp.

i was planning on fasted cardio in the am for approx. 40 mins aiming to burn 400 calories.

my question - is their a better plan for this goal? increasing the intensity whilst on SARMS week on week?

I'm aware Dylan is very keen on cardiovascular training, and i look forward to the communities feedback.

I have always done fasted cardio in the mornings, every now and then I will throw in 2 a days for cardio and listen I was a guy that hated I mean fuckin hated cardio but this very morning I stopped at 45 minutes but I could have easily done another 15 to 30 minutes it was awesome

The cardio debate can have a thousand different answers honestly. Everyone has different opinions on it.

Just find wgat works for you for a good caloric burn. I personally like to do mostly steady state cardio for 30-45 minutes per session, and possibly mix in some HIIT every now and then but you really don't want to go more than a couple times per week at 15-20 minutes to keep from over stressing the cns

i was shooting for 30-40 mins "hill" training 4 times a week.

Sounds like a good plan to me bud. Just keep that heart rate up to a decent level without overdoing the intensity and youll be in a great range for the best fat loss and endurance benefits
