Burning sensation in gooch area

I just took a piss and right after I was done I got a pinching burning sensation right behind my ballsack. Anyone experience that before or know what might cause that?

I'm no anatomy major, but isn't that the prostate area? Maybe related? I don't know.

I've had prostate checked several times..perfect every time..I'm wondering if it's just straining a muscle down there

I first felt it around 15 years ago, in my early 20's. I instantly assumed I contracted some sort of std. I went to the doc and what they came up with was "nonbacterial prostatitis". Basically I had the one of the symptoms that is common in bacterial prostatitis which they would just give antibiotics for. But I had no symptoms of a bacterial infection. He ended up telling me that several things (stress, trauma, non-detectable bacteria, kidney stones,etc) can cause it and it's difficult to pinpoint with any bit of accuracy. I had blood work done, std test, prostate exam, and some other junk touching and nothing else was done. No medicine and no real explanation. It happens every once in a blue moon but now I just roll with it.

Same here, sometimes when ive been holding my piss too long right before i urinate.Guess that can happen on and off AAS, try holding your piss too long see what happens lol
