Great video! I Have never used Bromo but can testify that caber is my go to for prolactin control.

The sides of Bromo sound terrible.

I might also add that there are also foods to stay away from and add to your diet along with: getting good sleep and staying low stress which can help aid in keeping prolactin levels normal overall.
