Hello,

Im gonna run my 3rd cycle. My first was test only, 2nd tes+dbol both with proper protection pct's.

I am 13% body fat right now, 10 years of training, 30 years old, 80 kgs wt, ht- 5,10

I need to shred a good amount of fat from my belly area, more importyantly I want to come at single digit body fat. Also I need to gain some decent amount of dry leam muscle mass in the process.

Right now I am shreding naturally will drop good amount of fat before starting a cycle after 3-4 weeks.

I am very confused between these two options:

1) test+primo+eq +tbol

2) test+low dose deca+eq + tbol

Please suggest the best compounds for me looking for the goals which I have mentioned.

Steroids won't do this...diet and training will..its as easy as that..or as hard as that if you aren't disciplined

Don't look to steroids (because they don't work like that) to accomplish what needs to be done in the kitchen and gym

Right I do undrstand that, as I am training since long time naturally, currently also I am shredding by diet and training. But still which cycle you suggest 1 or 2

There's no "better cycle" cookie cutter answer. They're both good for the right person.

You need to specify dose of each compound and lengths.

Well my bad! Havent realize it as it was afternoon my side.
 
Steroids do not burn fat, so I really don't like any of your choices for that purpose. Diet is going to be paramount here. If I were looking to cut and recomp, I'd look into doing something like this

1-16 Test C 350mg per week
1-16 aromasin 12.5mg EOD
1-16 eq 600mg per week
1-12 LGD 10mg per day dosed in the am
1-12 S4 50mg per day split 25mg am and 25mg 4-6 hours later
1-16 GW 20mg per day dosed 30 minutes preworkout

PCT

Clomid 50/50/25/25
Nolva 40/20/20/20
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
GW 20mg per day
Mk2866 25mg per day
