Best thing I did was join this forum last year around this time. At the time I had just got back in the gym after being out of the gym for over a year with a blown out shoulder. I was about to make the mistake of just jumping right into the deep end, instead of trying to convince me it was ok I heard the truth. Everyone told me get in shape then do it, now I've been working out for almost a year and a half and actually have a base to build on like I did before my injury.
