Here's my experience. And i have allot in this area with my tren and b6 b6 at 300mg WILL lower prolactin. It's NOT too be used in place of caber, etc.
For instance, I've ran out of caber or had bunk caber And have used what's called "poor man prami" the b6.
It works. But not without potential issues. Specifically nerve issues. Last resort help? Yes. Main countermeasure? NO
