Hi, first of I'd like too say I really appreciate your videos and I've learned a lot from them. I realized that steroids overall is something for the future in my case.

However I took a few anavar tabs a year ago when I was 19, maybe 4-7.. I stopped because I realized it was stupid. Now I'm just wondering if my body and my natural capacities took any harm from those tabs? Or was it too little to affect. This might seem ridiculous but I'm just worried. Thanks in advance.

Not from one week of anavar. Anavar is less suppressive than other steroids you are probably just fine. Unless you are experiencing symptoms of low testosterone you have nothing to worry about whatsoever

its not ridiculous whatsoever and im just glad you asked and that you realize how bad of a mistake you were about to make and stopped... you are just fine bro... you did not take enough to do much of anything whatsoever... don't worry bro but learn from this... you are far too young to be using steroids and im sure you realize that now... i respect that a lot that you stopped yourself...

You are more than likely very alright, that is one of the safest steroids you could have experimented with only thing I wondered was over how many days? But it wouldn't make a difference at one time they were dosed at I believe 2.5 milligrams! now most are 10 milligrams and a few even fifty. If your worried about your liver Tylenol would have been way more dangerous and for years people took them like candy for pain now they know better. Don't worry yourself.

For no more than you took for that short of time, I'd say there is nothing to worry about, especially given the time that passed to allow your body to normalize any small affect it had on it, and the fact that you are experiencing no negatives from it.
