Anavar Side Effect?

Cid

New member
Hey Guys,

After watching a few of Dylan's videos, I felt this is a safe place with knowledgeable people to ask my question. I have been taking Anavar 40mg a day (20mg in the morning, 20mg at night) for about 7 weeks. For the past 2 weeks or so, I have noticed that after a solid 8 to 9 hours of sleep (go to sleep at 10 and up by 6/630) I have been extremely sluggish getting out of bed. Prior to this I would be up at 6am on the dot via internal alarm clock and now I am pushing sleeping until 7am. Just was curious if anyone ran into this issue and/or possibly if it is a side effect of the Anavar.

Note that I am taking Anavar only.

Thanks for all the help and looking forward to exploring the site further!

Lethargy is very common with orals, and even more so when you aren't running testosterone with it, so that is actually very normal. This is why we don't advocate running oral only cycles. Are you running cycle support with it? That is another thing that can contribute. You've already been on Anavar 7 weeks, which is already a week longer than I would recommend, and your liver is taking a beating leading to your lethargy. It's time to come off and PCT bro. What do you have lined up for PCT, and How much longer were you planning on running it? It's already been too long.

So this is where I am going to look like a complete newb.

A coworker of mine who was into body building a while ago got me onto it cause I was working out but still wasn't loosing weight around my waist. He said it would help me out with that issue and lets say I trusted him. So now I am 7 weeks in and have my current situation.

As of a "cycle support" I am not running one at the moment as I was told I didn't need one as well as a PCT. Even today, I asked him about the "lack of wanting to get out of bed" and "PCT" and he told me he hasn't run into that issue, his friend hasn't either (who has been on it for a.... year and a half straight..... you can pick up your jaw now) and that I didn't need a PCT. After watching Dylan's video I started to really wonder and now looking for some help.

I planned on running it for another week (8 weeks total) and then taking a month off. Make note, once I am out of bed I am fine with energy, its the just feeling of needing to sleep more which is throwing me off after sleeping for 8 hours straight.

May questions now are:

1)What would be a recommended PCT for using Anavar?
2)With the gains I have gotten, will it take long to loose them?

Hey brother... noone here is going to flame you in any way but what I am going to do is give you some tough love... 1. STAY THE FUCK AWAY FROM WHOEVER IS TELLING YOU ITS OKAY TO RUN THINGS LIKE THAT... If i met that person i would feel obligated to slap the ever loving shit out of them for indicating there is anything okay about that whatsoever... this person is beyond a piece of trash... 2. bro, you CANNOT run methylated orals without protecting yourself... you can't use steroids without running a pct etc... have any of these assholes ran bloodwork? 3. your sluggish because your liver cannot process all the methylation... your destroying your internal organs... not to mention blood pressure, choelsterol, lipids etc... you have no clue the amount of damage your doing and really don't have a clue on the amount of damage these clowns are doing to themselves but i assure you that they are going to find out the hard way...

as far as gains... im not even getting into that... that's the one question i cannot take... you will not only lose everything but be in a very bad way health wise without a pct.. you won't keep anything without pct whatsoever... please read my thread on "gains" anabolic-steroids-f14/will-i-keep-my-gains-the-most-abused-and-misunders-t149.html

to keep anything you have worked for, you need a full and extensive pct followed by a strong bridge in between cycles... i will give you a FULL pct layout and then provide the proper bridge to run in between cycles... not only will you retain what you have worked so hard for but you will clean it all up and add to it... read my articles on sarms at www.pureessencesarms.com...

here is your pct followed by your sarms bridge...

PCT

clomid 50/50/25/25

nolva 40/20/20/20

aromasin 12.5 mg eod

cycle assist

mk-2866 25 mg day

gw-501516 20 mg day

SARMS BRIDGE

1-12 Ostarine 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
9-12 daa

Mini pct 13-16

Clomid 25/25/25/25
gw-501516 20 mg day

Do yourself a huge favor, and stay far away from your "friend". He is setting you up for disaster. You should never have ran Anavar to lose fat in the first place. Steroids aren't fat burners. Losing fat comes from diet and exercise. Running these things without supports for so long is beyond wreckless, and not doing PCT is very very stupid. You are in the right place to learn the RIGHT way to do things, so it's good you got here when you did. I would recommend wrapping this cycle up and running that PCT that Dylan laid out for you.

Another very important thing here, you need to take the right amount of time off afterwards also. Cycle length plus PCT time equals the amount of time off before next cycle MINIMUM. So what that means is that if you go 8 weeks and do a 4 week PCT, you need to take 12 weeks off after OCT before starting anything up again. This is extremely important for health and for your body to be at homeostasis.

Orals can be very hard on your liver and really the only people that should do oral only cycles that are into this lifestyle are women. In the first place we are women so we naturally require lower doses. Also, we don't need to worry about PCT because we have our natural hormones working for us. But even as a woman if it was a lower does I would never recommend that someone take it for very long. 8 weeks would be the max and that's at the lower dose. Have you been taking any supplements at all to help protect your liver? Do you have any other problems other than the lethargy? In my opinion, since you are feeling this side, that means that there are more to come and I would just cut the cycle and do your PCT.

I've said it once and I'll say it again... EDUCATE yourself before you run any of this stuff. Even the SARMs. Look at where you are and where you want to be. Start planning from there and then get advice from people who have real knowledge about it and educate yourself!!

AND DO US ALL A FAVOR... HAVE DYLAN SLAP THIS GUY AROUND AND RECORD IT FOR ALL OF US!! (Some things I would just pay to see)

One more thing that I just want to ask out of curiosity... This guy sounds like a joke so it makes me wonder if you even really got Var. How much did you pay and do you know the lab that it came from?

Dylan, THANK YOU!!!

It sucks for a friend to have done this, yet I take full responsibility and should have done my home work. On that note, I am going to follow your cycle and I am very excited. Now the fun part and finding everything.

Thank you again very much and I am looking forward to learning so much.

BTW, I just watch one of your videos (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kii2YgsuLhY) and at 8:50, I can see you in my mind, reading my post thinking of me. Tough love is never a bad thing! Thanks again.
