I have my own theories ranging from it being related to my size and or protein synthesis from the gear, but I wanna take some suggestions. For anyone unfamiliar with me here's a pic from about a week ago. I'm 5' 9", 230 pounds currently. Body fat is at sexy%. So why am I so damn hungry? Like every hour I feel like I didn't eat anything.

Has your training style changed at all recently? I was challenged to severely step up my training game about 2 months ago and since then I have been leaving it ALL on the gym floor.

Because of this I am hungrier even tho my calories are up.
 
I started doing FST 7. Upped the intensity a lot and shortened rest between sets. My training drains me now. I train Monday thru Friday and by Thursday I'm thankful that there's only one day till I can rest over the weekend.

I'll bet you $1 that higher intensity is the reason boss man.
 
Have to agree with EZ. I'm betting it's the change in pace on training. High intensity 5 days a week can be killer.
 
Good problem to have brothas. I dropped $150 on chicken, shrimp, and London broil today.

But when the judges critique is "EZ, you need more size..... "
 
Any time I add intensity to workouts I experience the same thing. It comes with the territory
 
AAS that affect my BG levels such as Deca always make me hungry and give me outrageous cravings.
 
looking great first of all... i dont know bro, im having the same issue and that really never happens to me but my thought is clearly the intensity and i get fucking crazy on intensity but in my case, my body needs it to keep the size i added, which i did... sometimes we just have that happen with no rhyme or reason but lately i feel like the more i eat the hungrier i get... i dont know wtf but i try to compensate the best i can and i drink a lot of water and take in a lot of fiber to keep satiated...

Bro I can literally eat and be hungry 20 minutes later, but I'm trying so hard to grow certain spots and define them all. It's definitely the intensity as I'm fatigued after every session, but can see the growth and details. Loving it bro. Going hard af.

Its all this talk all the time about food, diet, food pics & enhancing the pictures of food. Also when to eat pizza , damn I'm really f..in hungry right now.. And let's not forget about POT ROAST , damn I'm hungry!!!!
