Man you are tough phur! That is not a lot of food for a big person to go right into. Of course you are right but maybe better to ease in to it. Possibly do 1500 and then spin more and incline the treadmill. Ok for some of the old guys on this board. Spinning is a spcial style of exercise bike.It is automated like most bikes at the gym, but it is low slung like a race bike. In a class you start out at a nice pace and then interval train on it. There are periods of sprinting, and hill climbing. Maybe a mini imitation of the tour la roid. yeaow!!

Im just saying it how it is if u want to lose. Definatly being a endomorph. Endos store fat incredibly easy. Its only 200 cals less than the bmr. Plus veggies hold almost no calories she could fill up on steamed veggies or raw veggies w some 2 calorie dressing spray all day long and barely hit 600. And then a small meal with like 6 oz of geilled chicken or talapia.

I know its tough but so is losing weight for an endo.

I would honestly wait a while on the gear, and if you are looking for any type of enhancement, go with sarms. They are very safe and effective for females, and that's really your best option right now, along with getting that diet right

I will definitely give sarms a try... my calories for today were 1,371 a little to high I know :( :( :( :( Thanks a bunches for helping me out :D :D :D :D

Yes I did!!! :D :D :D :D woke at 4:30am was at the gym by 5:30am did 30mins of HIIT cardio, 1 1/2 of chest/tri and calories for today were 1,371..I know to high :( :( also take my spinners bike out of the storage and brining it home for some more cardio.... what ya think drb_iac?????

you gotta start somewhere, and remember keep that diet in check, its about CONSISTENCY, if you are on point for a month you will see results you want. Stay focused

For now use salt and pepper and you can try the various popcorn seasonings. They make butter flavor, ranch, jalapeno, baccon cheedar etc. Do your spin class 3 times per week and twice per week do the treadmill. Put the treadmill on a speed of about 2.5 and incline it at 7. Go for 1/2 hour.Then grab some dumbells and do one set of 10 reps of curls, same with bent rows, and do 1 set of 15 squats using about 20lbs. Same for dead lifts.
This is about a typical day for you. Of course it is not set in stone. Don't come back here posting that you kind of are trying. Everyone here walks the walk. It is not easy...it is hard. Go to a pharmacy and ask for primatene tablets or a generic equivalent. Buy a pack of no doz or generic, buy some asprins. Take 1 primatene-1/2 no doz-1 asprin.
If they do not have primatene the get bronkaid and break the tab in half. You take this in the morning and then again at noon if you tolerated the first dose ok.

That BF sounds more like it! If you are going to be serious and stay with this then go ahead and try 1500 cals. Not 1500 plus tastes here, nibbles here some dessert over there.1500 total for the day. You just have to be careful when using stims together. You really need to asess your tolerance and start with a low dose when taking them together

I routinely keep my carbs at 120. I prefer energy from fats such as mct coconut oil, nuts hard cheese,egg and yolks. If you can handle no carb then it will pull the weight off the fastest, but every 72 hours eat a serving of oatmeal. As for pre workout cafefull that it does not have more than 400mg caffeine in it. There are many pre workouts so be carefull. Give precedence to the eca. It is a pre workout on its on. If you want to tell me which pre workout you use it would help

Yes I did!!! :D :D :D :D woke at 4:30am was at the gym by 5:30am did 30mins of HIIT cardio, 1 1/2 of chest/tri and calories for today were 1,371..I know to high :( :( also take my spinners bike out of the storage and brining it home for some more cardio.... what ya think drb_iac?????

you gotta start somewhere, and remember keep that diet in check, its about CONSISTENCY, if you are on point for a month you will see results you want. Stay focused
