Done plenty of research and know what I’m getting into for the most part, many mixed feelings on the use of an Ai at this dose. I have arimidex on hand. I’ve heard to take anywhere from .25mg - .5mg each time you pin. Others are saying wait until you feel sides. Just wanting to know what yall recommend here.

Wait till you get sides. You might not need it at all for that low 250mg dose but you'll never know if you preemptively take the AI.
Your first cycle is also to gauge what sort of sides you get so you'll know for future reference

250 is a low dose. Id see how you respond and wouldn't jump on an ai right away. You could end up tanking estrogen if not careful.

i recommend starting from day 1. by the time you notice sides it means estrogen is already out of control

never let estrogen go crazy. you can end up with issues

you need to get estrogen on point. get bloods done 5 weeks into cycle

some people are okay without an AI. some people aren't okay. it all depends

I really don’t need an ai up to 400 mgs a week if I get up I just need the slightest bit of aromasin. It’s all person dependent and bloodwork
