Hello Dylan. . im from QUÉBEC canada .i am 31 years old weight 185 pds mesure 5'10.. THX alot for your YouTube channel they are very instructive. ..I have a question for you that I've been searching about on Internet and can't seem to find anything about it. ..im on a trt dose off testosterone enanthate and I started to have really bad back acne and chest that is after doing my first cycle anyways I went to the doctors and she want to put me on accutane. .so here's my question can I stay on a trt dose of testosterone and do my accutane treatment or do I really have to stop testosterone to do my treatment

accutane has shown in the past to actually lower your testosterone levels... you should not stop using trt whatsoever... im not sure where you got that but it is off base... you should stay on it but honestly, i would not use accutane... it has many side effects you are not going to be happy with... here is a link to a video I have done on accutane... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pa41hkC6c3M&t=4s
 
Accutane is very harsh. I have experience with it. There is nothing that will kill acne like Accutane but there is nothing as harsh as it is either.
For me it would depend how bad the acne is. Its very common to get acne on chest and back while on gear because you have alot of hormones in you and your skin also tends to get more oily. If it is very severe then I might consider it but Its up to you to decide if the side effect are worth it.
 
My dermatologist put me on doxycycline.for 3 mths to see if the acne will go away it's been a mth an a half so far with no improvement ...it got worst..meaning it's pretty fucking bad .all that from my first cycle and she won't put me on accutane if u tell her that I'm on trt ....so I was thinking just to keep my trt dosage going and to go see her to get on accutane ..and I will go get my blood work done in a mth

I've also been drinking alot of apple cider vinegar ..but that didn't help either ...but helped my heartburn alot tho

just keep yourself aware of the side effects with accutane and what is likely to happen to you when you use it... do not be surprised when a lot of other issues present themselves... i sent you the link to my video but you either didnt watch it or dont care... good luck to you

This is the nature with accutane. It's pretty toxic and with a lot of people the acne gets much worse before it gets better. And not everyone shows improvement either, which sucks considering how toxic it is. It is not uncommon for treatment to last 90-180 with little to no improvement. The toxicity is not an understatement either. Some doctors will refuse to prescribe this medication to women who are not also taking birth control because it can cause major birth defects and if a woman convcieves unknowingly the unborn child can be killed from the accutane, or it may become a stillborn or if it does go to term.

You mention being on Test E but you say nothing of taking an aromatase inhibitor. Even at TRT doses estrogen can get out of wack due to the increase of testosterone, in which acne is a very common side effect.

I would recommend you get a hormone panel from your doctor or blood work yourself from a lab like privatemdlabs. Something as simple as controlling estrogen can fix your issue. It's possible all you need is a weekly dose of aromasin to lower your estrogen. You can order it from sarmsx.com if you don't know where to find it.

Is nolvadex better than arimidex and is yes how much should I take weekly ...if it's better I'll take that since I got it in hand and I'm going to look for exemestane
