9-week LGD results (including post-PCT) + advice on next cycle?

9 week cycle, LGD-4033 10mg ED

Left: Immediately at the end of my first serious cut. 5'9-5'10, ~156 morning ~161 day
Middle: Last week on, ~176 morning once reaching 181 day
Right: Current, 4 weeks post-cycle. ~174 morning, 179-180 day.

Note: I think the middle pictures are pretty bad but unfortunately they are the only ones I have from my last couple of weeks on the cycle. Maybe just my perception but I feel like these pics don't show much of my size gain. Interesting.

PCT: Clomid 50mg 9 days, 25mg 8 days

Bench: 185x4 -> 190x6
Squat: 225x6 -> 225x15
OHP: 135x1 -> 135x7, 145x3
Seated DB OHP: 60's x 5 -> 70's x 7
DL: 295x1 -> 335x4 (DID NOT train DL between these sessions)

Side effects:
  • Gym sessions were ridiculous. I simply could not wear myself out. Recovered very quickly.
  • Joints starting taking a beating because of all the extra volume. Added tons of fish oil around week 5.
  • Libido through the roof on-cycle. Mild ED for first 10ish days of PCT.
  • Had a lot of mood swings weeks 4-7, like I would get REALLY down. Seemed to stabilize at the end of the cycle.

Cycle notes:
  • Didn't track calories at all. My school schedule was packed and I knew that if I was gonna err I would err on the side of over-eating since mass gain was my priority. So the gains could have been leaner with better circumstances.
  • Haven't tracked post-cycle either, goal was to not lose any weight so I've just been eating 3 really big meals a day to try to maintain weight.
  • Was not on creatine during cycle. Did add creatine after PCT to try to level out my workouts and keep volume up to hold on to my gains.
  • Focused more on volume than strength. Could have made much better strength gains if I was spending more time training heavy.
  • Interesting to me to see how important BF% is to how shoulders look. My shoulders are significantly bigger now but don't overtly appear to be in the pics because of the increased BF%. Definition/separation is HUGE in how big one looks.

Regrets:
  • Could not afford bloodwork, would have been interesting to see.
  • Did not have a tape measure to do before/after measurements. My arms are much larger (they also seem to have grown post-cycle, possibly more fullness from creatine)
  • Can't get same lighting on post-PCT pic because I'm on school break.
  • Again, more than anything else, wish that I could have tracked calories and had a leaner bulk. But I put on a lot of mass which was my main priority.

Next Step:
I am currently leaning toward a 7 week cut cycle of Ostarine and Cardarine each at 20mg/day. However, I am debating if this is my best bet versus a recomp - possibly LGD+Ostarine. Thoughts?

Very nice results bro! You really killed it!

For your goal of recomp you are on the right track, but honestly if you are looking for recomp I'd add in some s4 to your mk2866 and gw run to give you the triple stack

1-12 MK2866 25mg per day dosed in the am
1-12 S4 50mg per day split 25mg am and 25mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW 20mg per day dosed 30 minutes preworkout

PCT

Clomid 50/25/25/25
GW 20mg per day
