51 year old steroid cycle

I know you said this might not be the best way to get a hold of you but I thought I might take a chance.

im a 51 year old male, I have been using all kinds of steroid for more than 15 years without any guidance and or knowledge base.

My use has been injectable ranging from Test, Sustenon, Deca, Equipose, ect. Generally I buy from body builders I have met in the gym or back in the day I went over to Tijuana Mexico.

I have never had any guidance and have just injected, workout, eaten well and never done any post therapy.

My testacies have been shut down for several years.

I would like to get back to a place where I am doing it correctly, if that is even possible.

I’m a gay male, HIV poz for 24 years and I have beaten the odds and stayed very healthy.

The only positive thing I have done is always let me doctor know what I have been doing and have had routine lab results done for liver and cholesterol levels

Can you please HELP me.

I am sure you are a very busy man, but if you could call me off the record, 5 minutes of your time would mean the world to me.

You videos are amazing, I so ashamed at the way I have used steroids and would like to learn how to use them correctly.
