I am 5'9" and Pre holiday I was 70.8 kg and looking lean and in good shape but no exercise and diet out of window for 2 weeks am now weighing in at 77.6kg. Plan going forward is to do a week to ten days getting diet and gym routine in order and run at a calorie deficit to lose any water weight and any easy fat before trying to recomp/bulk at 3000 call a day 50% protein 30 carbs rest fat workout 5 times a week running a cycle of -

s4 50mg ed for 8 weeks.
Do you think this is good in principle any advice welcome ?
