Been bulking for months and months and put on a little body fat... not a huge deal as I am a competitive power lifter so it comes with the game, would like to get a good idea of a good powerlifting recomp / strength cycle. I must gain strength ....
5-10 230lbs 15% ish BF . a good solid 5 cycles under my belt, have used tren in the past willing to do a small dose...
Here was my thoughts... 12-14 weeks
400 test c . week
400 tren E week
6-800 EQ
Winstrol ?
open to any and all ideas
this will most likely lead into a meet would like to stay 220lbs going for a . 1700+ lb total
