Hey Man, I am a Canadian, and getting into my late 30s and really struggling with getting old, and all the effects that comes with it. I’m in the gym 5-6 days a week, but recovery has been kicking my butt. My question is, as for a HGH regime what in your opinion would be my best bet. Obviously supply is another obstacle as in Canada i have a hard time finding suppliers.... Any help / guidance you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
