Gynecomastia

Hello Dylan.

I stumbled upon your videos when looking up Nolvadex as a means to 'curing' my gynecomastia and saw you encouraged people to email you regarding this issue.

I am 27 years old and I've had this since puberty. I only think I realized it was gyno five years ago, initially believing it was just excessive fat on my chest area, but I do indeed have a hard knot behind both nipples, meaning it's grandular tissue.

I've always been in fairly good shape and have tried different things over the years like
- slimming down (to 75 kgs at a point; I'm 6 foot tall)
- doing lots of pushups, dumbell flys, dips
- avoiding any pectoral exercises
- doing only incline chest exercises
- eating right (estrogen-inhibiting foods, T and DHT-increasing foods)

Nothing has worked, as I've learned glandular tissue obviously can't be 'burned off' by doing exercises. The only thing the exercise has done, is that the muscle build has helped my chest look more wide, but I still have a soft chest around the nipple area due to the glands lying in front of the muscle area behind the nipple. The worst thing is that my chest feels flabby and it bounces up and down when I run and also wiggles a bit when I walk. I spend a lot of energy being frustrated and embarrassed over this.

I can't afford surgery, so this is why I'm looking at other solutions. Namely supplements, pills, drugs.

At the moment I take multivitamins and boron (6 mg). I've heard anecdotal evidence supporting the use of iodine supplement and castor oil applied topically on the nipple area, claiming reduction of their gyno - and some have also suggested eating tumeric powder. I'm also looking into more 'serious supplements' like nolvadex, letrozole etc.

Do you have any suggestions as to what I can do?

you really only have two options at this point... being that it is pubertal gyno, you can either run a true anti gyno protocol, or surgery would be the only other option.. you would go eight weeks with letro and nolva, followed by 4 weeks of aromasin... if that does not work, then the only solution is surgery... here are the links to purchase letro, nolva and aromasin...

Dylan, if this works for him.. then you basically have a Phd. in steroids! Keep us posted Kaperwooder!

Try out the protocol that Dylan gave you and see how that treats you. If that doesn't do it, surgery is likely the only way to take care of it

it definitely can bro... ive seen it work on many people but pubertal gyno is tricky and there's just no guarantee on curing it... if anything will do it, this will...

I'm running a similar Protocol now. It will at least stop it from getting out of control. Surgery will ultimately be he route I go if it ever gets visible.

Dylan said he would pay when the time comes. That's my dude... good ol friend
