I was listening to Dylan Gemelli's video post dated Dec 11th 2017.
First and foremost , I have been watching you for YEARS, and the amount of scientific content , and personal experience that you discuss about is exponentially beneficial for me. Ultimately what i like about the iSARMS youtube is that it is truely helpful and there is no frills bullshit.
In addition, i havent been in this forum for a relatively short time (however been in others for awhile), and from what i see from "most people" is that they truly have great respect for you, however to piggy back on your point as discussed in your video, i have seen some forums and threads that are absolutely stupid , annoying, and painstakingly disrespectful , and can completely understand your frustration and the purpose of the making a video discussing that particular content.
What i want to tell you is Thank you for all your hard work, research, concerns, and knowledge. It is well appreciated my friend.
