HGH secretagogues

it could have been fake who knows.
it also depends on the injury. it won't help every situation
Nah, it was from a compounding pharmacy. Nothing is helping this shit, even had PRP done with no relief. Actually what helped the most is oxandrolone paired with isometric and very slow eccentric weight training. Just one cycle improved the tendon by close to 50%

at the end of the day you need rest

My tendon issues are actually exacerbated when I don’t do those specific exercises. I totally rested for 8 weeks once and they hurt the most they ever have.
But if you meant sleep your 100% right, I don’t get as much sleep as I need or quality of sleep

I think you just need to do a better job of mobility and stretching, that's what you're noticing.

I do stretches everyday for these specific tendinopathies. However simply stretching isn’t enough to get adequate blood flow into the poorly vascularized tendons.
That’s why they do better with isometric and or slow eccentric weighted exercises.

you can try some martial arts too. not the kind where fight someone in a cage. the kind where you are improving mobility

tesamorelin is my favorite being that it not only burns fat but preserves muscle in the process...

if you are having issues with sleep you want to look it epithalon and/or dsip.. you have a circadian issue which could be due to multiple issues but these are the best two peptide options to actually help get your rhythm on track but you still need to make other lifestyle changes to help with that as well..

I did go with umbrella but I can’t confirm the COA. The manufactured date is a month after the COA date. They won’t answer me so I’m getting skeezed out, especially since it’s my first order with them
Please tell me how your experience with umbrella goals. I was considering getting some stuff from their website but I wasn't sure if it compared to the ones I'm familiar with like Swiss chems and modern Aminos. Those two companies are known for having great quality products and for having in the bottle with the label says and great purity with low heavy metal content. But they're selection is one kind and umbrella has different compounds so I was looking to expand my horizons but I just didn't know anyone that's tried umbrella and I wasn't sure if I could trust what I was reading. So whatever your experiences is, I would love to know. And it's very admirable that you are a good father and tendinopathy is no joke, I read some good responses here in this form to what you said. Like bpc 157 and tb500 also there are vitamins and supplements that can help you if you want to talk about some options I could help you out. Obviously if you could afford GH that would be a fantastic route for healing especially in combo with the TB and the bpc but GH is crazy expensive and you just never know what you're getting with the generic. Also in my case I would be glad to take some GH as I have difficulty keeping weight on and I understand that it causes intracellular water retention which would be helpful to me as well as the healing effects, the deeper sleep, the effects it has on skin hair and nails... what a great compound as long as you can keep your insulin sensitivity High with other compounds and a regimen that isn't just blasting for months and months. Of course that would cost a fortune anyways

That's great man. Good for you. I think getting anavar would be one of the most beneficial things for me but I have no idea who on Earth would ever prescribe that so I feel like I'm out of luck because I don't trust any UGL that produces it
