My tendon issues are actually exacerbated when I don’t do those specific exercises. I totally rested for 8 weeks once and they hurt the most they ever have.at the end of the day you need rest

But if you meant sleep your 100% right, I don’t get as much sleep as I need or quality of sleep
I do stretches everyday for these specific tendinopathies. However simply stretching isn’t enough to get adequate blood flow into the poorly vascularized tendons.I think you just need to do a better job of mobility and stretching, that's what you're noticing.
