PE- RAD, SR, Letro- BONUS TRIPLE X

Sounds like you're doing great brother! I'm interested to here about your stamina and strength gains from those future additions...great job bro!

I appreciate you following along and thanks for the kind words brother. I'm thinking I might add those compounds around week 6 and just get super shredded.

Everyday I wake up or look in the mirror it appears as though I've lost more weight through my waste. I received a compliment from a friend I haven't seen in a few weeks.. She was like, "you've lost weight huh?" And then another one of my wife's friends was commenting on how big my arms were and that we aren't supposed to get bigger muscles and look better as we get older.

My progress is quite apparent at this stage, and I'm not even half way done[emoji41]

Week 5

Update- just been continuing to train and get my cardio in 2-3x a week. The plan was to cut as much as I could on this cycle, but still maintain as much muscle mass as possible. It's really been going as planned too. RAD is treating me well- as I complete sets I find the last two or three reps you can push through that would typically be a failing point. I wasn't necessarily looking to build super strength with the RAD but I wanted to keep that strength at a lighter body weight and I've been able to achieve that.

Been a very solid cycle and highly recommend RAD and SR-9009. I'm getting blood work done next week and I'm eager to see how much RAD impacts my numbers. As soon as I get that blood work back I'm doing 6 weeks of test prop, tren ace, and winny. That should clean things up nicely and this time I actually have solid ancillaries from PE. Oh, and this time I'll be running GW with the SR and see how the two work together

Ill keep you posted

Your enthusiasm and dedication really shows in your log I have really enjoyed reading it! The macro app is incredible, thanks for bringing that up. I have quit on macros so many times before because I just get fet up with all the counting. This could make it doable for me!

Yeah.. It was difficult for me too man, then I got the app which helped dramatically. I'm glad you enjoyed the log so far!

When your putting in your portions do you have any idea what the -,1/4,1/2,3/4 column is for? I can't figure it out.

That is the amount.. So you can choose different measuring units and more then likely you were looking at 'cups'. I typically choose oz or cups, and sometimes grams. Depending on what you scan sometimes the unit size would be 'container' i.e. Greek Yogurt

Oh ok! Got it now thanks.

This app is priceless so far, it's kind of fun now tracking what I'm getting in and balancing out my macros.

I agree! You are really able to hit the macros and make judgements whether you should have "that" meal or not. Love that app. Glad it's working for you too.

Apparently there are other apps that do something similar, but this one is my favorite.

I started a thread on Vitamin B12 trying to get an idea of the differences between Methylcobalamin and Cyanocobalamin. Do you guys have a preference? Seems to me the latter is inferior and also about $100 cheaper. I'll pay for quality if it makes sense.

Nice work brother! I think my next cycle is going to have SR and GW also. Definitely excited to see how that goes and looking forward to hearing how it goes for you as well. Great job man!

Everything has still been going very well. I got some blood work done and just awaiting the results. Interested to see how much RAD affected my LH/FSH levels.

I'll keep you posted. Also interested to see estrogen levels while taking letro.

Let me know what you guys think here.. I may have to wait to move forward with my tren cycle till I get some of these numbers in range. RBC is high and so is RDW.

Letro can be horrible on lipids bro, so that explains that effect.

Any idea on what your test levels were before? Those are pretty low, and I wondered how that would come out after RAD

That's what I thought man. I just jumped on GW today and started aromasin. I imagine they will be back in range soon. I never have elevated cholesterol levels, so yeah.. It wreaked havoc for sure. I'm thinking I should do some blood work in like a week or two and see where everything is at again.

My test levels are up there in the middle but way low.. The lowest I've ever even recorded actually. When I started this stack my total test was at 411, and dropped to 286!

I've never considered TRT, but I may have too with those numbers. Explains why I've been dragging ass.

Its definitely an option... Like I told you when we were talking, I would definitely go to the doctor first just to see what he recommends and if he does recommend trt then you can get it from the pharmacy... if thats an option, that's what you always want to try to do first... otherwise, i would highly consider trt... your lipids definitely need fixed as well but most areas on only slightly outside of range... the cholesterol is my concern but GW is the compound you need to treat your cholesterol... after seeing this panel, the worst thing you could do is add tren or winstrol... anything that is methylated or could add toxicity is out for now... i want to see you get better bro, not make this something that turns into something worse... you know your boy is here any time you need me to help you... just hit me up and i'll make sure you go about everything properly...

Thanks man.. Ill actually take my blood work to the doctor and see what my options are. This is why I get blood work done in the first place. My only thing is, how the hell do I explain my estrogen level being so low, and lipids being so shitty? Maybe I just tell them what my test levels came out to be and let them figure the rest out.
