SARMs; bulking stack

Hey fellows I hope everything's going well.
I want to ask about a decent bulking stack with SARMs. I know that I have been looking for a cutting one but I want to get some more muscles in order to look shredded when cut. I'm probably going to start in January and keep it on until the end of March. So a 12 week bulking stack. I reviewed some stacks from pureessence already and I ended up with the "Ultimate Recomp stack". All suggestions are welcome. Thanks for reading.

You have it right bro. That ultra recomp stack sounds perfect for what you are wanting. You might also give us your stats, experience, and tell us a little about your diet, training, etc

OK, in a nutshell;
I used to be on a judo team for 7 years.
After I started to visit the gym with a buddy to workout as a hobby. That was for a year, a year and a half maybe.
Later I was off for a year.
And now we're at this past June where I decided to transform my body. I was at least 30% bf (no measurement just with the eye), 167 cm and around 82 kg.
After four months of hard work in the gym, dedication to my diet and huge income of knowledge I stopped cutting phase at 13%bf (eye measurement), 172 cm and at 62(!!)kg.
I have been bulking for precicly a month and now I'm at 14%bf 70kg 173cm without any SARM/steroid help. ive been a monster at the gym, training like an athlete and im not going to stop. So, I'm planning to get enhanced by SARMs for the following 3-4 months to develop more mass. Afterwards I will probably be using the "Enhanced super stack" to get shredded. Oh I forgot, I'm currently 14 years old (in 7 days from now I will age a year; 15 years old :) ) and I'm at the first class of high school. I have an "impressing" -as some complimented- physique and muscle development for my age but of course I'm just starting :D .
Oh I forgot; I'm planning to participate in a competition the following year just for the experience, so if any of you guys can provide any valuable information I appreciate it! Once again thank you for your time.

Ok bro, that is way too young even for sarms at this point. You don't need anything but a good diet and training program for several years and I wouldn't advise anything else except maybe some protein powder and creatine

You think you eat enough! You think you lift hard enough! You ain't eatin shit prolly. How many cals you eat a day?
 
Really not smart of you to do anything but continue on the natural path. What sarms were you considering?

If you think you are already eating enough, post up your diet brother. No matter what nobody is going to recommend anabolic compounds,to you at your age. It's not wise at all. I didn't touch anything and was completely natural until 35!! You need to wait until at least you are 18 or so before even trying sarms in my opinion.
 
at your age SARMS arent an option. you dont even need them at this point because you are so young. you wont be fully developed at 20 either. more like 25ish is a better age for AAS. gives you plenty of time to train and diet naturally and get the maturity and experience required..

i didnt try sarms or aas until 28. 10 years lifting experience.
 
OK so, I do have a listed diet from a nutrition specialist but I'm not actually following it exactly. I mean I know about macronutrients and I eat about 3000 calories a day of carbs, Protein and some healthy fats. I do not consume any sugars alone except fruits that provide me energy and some easy calories just like juices. No sir I don't wanna be like "big natty daddy" at all, I don't say that I don't have respect for this guy but as I mentioned before I'm not going to sacrifice my testes' function and in general my health to get some gains. I'm planning to use LGD, RAD, GW and S4 but not before I know everything about SARMs. I don't know about AAS, but I think I'm not going to touch them until I know all the consequences of their use and be least 20-25 y.o. so no steroids for the following decade if not forever.
I'm currently doing muscle hypertrophy training with a coach, I'm working ALL muscle groups 3 times a week. Every single day I destroy completely all body parts. I know that someone may say that this is wrong but I have researched about it as well, so if anyone doesn't agree please go research about proteinosynthesis and how long it takes. Bro work on big compounds bench deadlift squat and over head press eat 1.3 times your body weight in protien (grams) and stay at or 500 cals over maintenance I promise at your age you will get big abd string as fuck I wish I had started seriously lifting at your age dont go fuvking yourself up with anabolic compounds plus where at 15 are you gonna get the money to run a cycle of these you are talking at keast 500 bucks

3000 cals is not much at all.
 
Well here is the deal. Even in a basic TDEE calculator you're TDEE is over 3000. You're TDEE is the amount calories your body burns in a 24 hour period, sleeping, working, exercising, and digesting food. So if you are gonna grow you need to surplus that. And 3000 isn't gonna cut it.

I dont agree with nutritionists. Generally they produce a generic out of the box diet plan for the average individual. When I help a client with diet it gets really custom tailored depending on the goal and unique traits of the individual. Some are more sensitive to certain nutrients. Some find success with nutrients that others don't. Too many variables for someone to just say here is you're plan to get muscle...

You are still mastering training and diet. The reason why we say hold off is to make sure you can handle the basics first. Diet and training, it doesn't get more basic than that.

I would need to see your exact nutrient counts to really pick it a part or make suggestions. Also keep in mind you're metabolism is significantly higher as a teen than it is as a maturing adult. That changes many things and provides capabilities you will not have down the road.

You have yet to really hit the peak level of testosterone as an adolescent male. Once you hit that 17 or 18 area you will see some ridiculous changes.

Sarms are a safer alternative to steroids however still hold some of the same qualities a steroid has and they will still bind to target receptors. Totally willing to help you if you insist on doing it but it is not a good idea. I personally wouldn't do it even if I could go back and do it again. I'm 23 by the way. I started around 18.
 
Forget the LGD and RAD for now if you insist on doing this. Stick with GW, S4 and MK-2866, I will say MK-677 has also been amazing for me personally.

MK677 is a non-peptidic, potent, long-acting, orally-active, and selective agonist of the ghrelin receptor and a growth hormone secretagogue, mimicking the growth hormone-stimulating action of the endogenous hormone ghrelin.

MK677 is one that has been administered to young adults and their blood work and results had been closely studied with no adverse reactions or side effects. Best yet it will be a growth hormone LIKE result without actually damaging the bodies natural output.

If you were to take it take it by itself and we would need to get Dylan's input on dosing. Or alternative suggestions. But I would personally go this route. If it was my kid I would do the same as well.

I know the position you are in man. But just trust me on this. Don't make the same mistakes I did.
 
Yeah dude at your age you don't need even the slightest suppression. You're still needing your test and dht to develop your body and sexual organs and functionality. DONT DO IT! Lol
