This is the first time that I have ordered from on online site & they don't send email confirming the order or a tracking # how long does it take to receive an order if its going to Canada after it shows its been completed in your account on the web site.

You have to remember that Pure Essence is in the west, so they are 3 hits behind eastern time. I'm not sure how Canada time zones work. Also, they are very busy right now with the big sale going on. Pure Essence will either email you or PM you when your order ships out. If you are really concerned with something you can pm pure essence on here and they will get back to you as soon as possible.
You should get information within 2-3 days after ordering. There is a short period befire charges are applied to check for fraud. Then you should be shipped and given tracking info
How do I delete this post as I checked my junk folder & all correspondence was there 8 emails from pure essence from now on please wait 48 hours before replying to anything I ask as this was my mistake not their's what a dumb ass I am pure essence was right ontop of everything my apologies go out to them their doing an excellent job. Please have moderators delete or remove this post I don't want them looking bad or me either.

It's all good man, we've all been newer and excited and anxious to get our stuff. Now you know. We don't delete stuff here at AR, that's what sets us apart. This won't shine a bad light on Pure Essence, actually it'll shine a good light because you acknowledged that they were actually on top of it the entire time. Plus we like to have future members be able to see a thread like this that might be experiencing a similar issues and now they have a way to resolve it instead of making another thread.

First time ordering with them and was also curious about the confirmation email. tried to private message them but pm isn't working for me for some reason. Sounds like it will take 2-3 business days... peptide warehouses order process seems alot quicker... but I can't judge a book until I have read it, I'll be sure to review the ancillaries I ordered.
Peptide warehouse sells some bunk products bro. I wouldn't go near them.
It also no longer takes 2-3 days for confirmation. That process has been upgraded at pure essence
You should be getting it within a couple days. I always get mine quick. I was using peptide warehouse too and they are quick but I get hit and miss products. Some of the aromasin I would get was bunk. Actually lots of it was lol. Same with some cialis.
I moved to purchase peptides but same problem there. So here I am with pure essence. They havnt failed me yet and the pricing is good. I'm running the mk677 wich is a very commonly faked product since it's expensive as hell but it's for sure legit. I have a log on it here now actually.

Pep warehouse is bunk now? God damnit man seems every reputable research company sells out these days. It was onoy a few months ago that they were board sponsors here :s kinda had a feeling their aromasin was bunk... 25mg ed and no low estrogen sides to speak of. Hope their clomid and nolva are g2g. So any ideas when I will be getting a confirmation email from pure essence? Placed order about 24 hrs ago
Well it is the weekend so I would suspect Monday.
Peptide warehouse is just like most the other places. Hit and miss. Not much of a point of contact if something goes wrong either.
At least here pure essence is held accountable. Thier primary business is with this board so at least you are amongst fellow users.
