I’m new here 52y/o and from the UK, I’ve done 2 sarm cycles after a lengthy weight loss plan, I lost 55lb which is 25% of my body weight, I’ve been lifting 4 times a week for about 18 months and also stopped drinking alcohol, i also track calories and macros. The first cycle was ostarine for 8 weeks as a trial which gave me some decent results, after some time off I started the next cycle of rad140 and mk677 and gained around 15lb. I have not suffered any sides what so ever so I think I tolerate these compounds quite well.
I’ve seen videos on YouTube comparing lgd to dbol, rad to anavar etc so I’m wondering what I should try next to gain the most lean mass possible so any info or tips will be very much appreciated.
