SARMs cycle LGD 4033 15mg MK 677 25 mg

I started the cycle 5 weeks ago. From reading I now understand I shouldn't have taken more than 10mg but listened to tips
from people I shouldn't have instead of doing my own research which I realize is stupid. I'm looking to do 8 week cycle. What's the recommended PCT for this
so I don't screw myself over? I'm looking to PCT for 4 weeks and do another 8 week cycle of LGD and MK after that again

Probably best to take some time off between cycles. 4 week PCT then 4 weeks off.

you need 4 weeks off in between cycles...

also, mk677 is ran 6 months continuously... if not, there's not much point even using it... 3 months is the bare minimum but thats extremely short as it is...


1-12 mk677 (NUTROBAL) 25 mg day dosed once a day in the p.m.
1-12 lgd-4033 (ANABOLICUM) 10 mg per day dosed once a day in the a.m.

Regarding the MK 677 - I am doing that for 6 months.
So my cycle should look something like this:

MK 677 for 6 months along with:
- week 1-8 LGD 4033
- week 8-12 PCT (Nolva)
- week 12-16 off

After that 16th week I'm clear to start another cycle of LGD
