Hi everyone
I am 23 years old ,It's been 2 years since i started training .
I weigh 158 and i am 5.5 my abs are visible . my goal is to become 200 lbs .

My problem is with putting size if increase my calories intake i gain so much fat and a littel muscles.
I am considering going on cycle either steroids or sarms .
I have problem with male pattern boldness
But i have easy access to steroids unlike sarms which require me to order them from outside the country.

Please suggest me stroid cycle considering my problem with mpb or sarms cycle with good source that ship international.

noone with half a brain is going to advise a 23 year old to use steroids brother... thats absurd...

You need to be patient. 2 years training? Give it some time.

If you can't gain with diet and training you're not going to gain by using steroids. Post what you're eating in a typical day and how you train.

I consume almost 2800 calories a day
-250g of oat with milk +4 eggs
-100g of peanuts
-500g of rice + 200g chicken breast
-150 Oat with milk + 2 eggs ( pre workout meal)
-500 g of cooked macaroni ( only cooked with water and salt nothing added) + 100g of tuna + 4 eggs

Diet can use some better choices and your macros seem unbalanced. Check out this thread

Bump this. OP; you're on the right track but your diet definitely needs work. Drop the milk and spread out your meals a little bit more during the course of a day. Need to add more lean protein and where are your vegetables?

Guy is a major trial and error thing so it's going to take a lot of work and then we work to get diet nailed down. It's an ever-changing thing.
