your diet needs some major work brother .. and it seems like you’re just not getting it ... in my opinion you should be taking 1.5g pro per lbs ... so you should be at 220g of pro... you should also increase your daily calories ... you’re literally starving yourself
hes definitely not getting it... its actually worse than starvation, which is going to stall metabolism... i dont know how one could survive on this... i mean, your dinner is one cup of skim milk?? come on bro... now, you cannot literally be that long gone in your mind that you think that is okay... that is so detrimental... .it makes no difference if you are training or not... this is terrible, just terrible and its going to cause numerous other health issues for you aside from the problems you already have... you are slowly killing yourself doing this...

Correct my friend, the accurate protein intake for my weight 66kg is 142g / day, I take 90g / day because I wasn't training and not doing any activity just a normal work day.

If you are in an aggressive calorie deficit -which you are-even if you are not working out, you still need to be getting in a MINIMUM protein amount of 1g per lb. This helps prevent against muscle break down in addition to lifting weights. If you do these things, you will still probably lose muscle at the calorie deficit that you are presently at. These are basic fundamentals of diet, nutrition and fitness. Instead you are eating at a ridiculous calorie deficit, not lifting and not hitting minimum protein requirements. This is exactly why you are 5'10, 145lbs at 13-15% BF. You are not ready for steroids...not even close man.

not even close is definitely on point... its going to take a lot of changes and hard work to get anywhere near steroid use and that should not be further discussed in this situation and if it is, there likely wont be a response OP, just so you know... its way past absurd to even think of

First and foremost you just need to come to terms with the reality of what you need to do with your diet. You can't make gains on what you're doing right now

Not lifting weights and eating at such an aggressive calorie deficit, will result in weight loss, but not the kind you want. You will lose muscle and fat at the same rate leaving at the exact same body fat % you started only smaller.

You dont need to lose weight, you need to change your body composition. This is done by proper nutrition and workout routine. At your present condition, you could probably gain muscle and lose fat eating at maintenance calories provided your nutrition and workout routine were on point. Even if you didnt lose any fat, simply by adding muscle your body fat % would go down. Part of the issue with your high body fat % is the lack of muscle....which is due in part to not lifting and crappy nutrition.

Brother, first thank you and I really appreciate your words, but the aim from that diet I did is that my daily routine wasn't included any activity just my working time, so I was worried about my calories intake thats was for sure high at the time i was working out (78kg)+(10% bf) thats lead to minimise my daily calories when I stoped training beside sacrificing some muscles mass, but the most important to me was to never lose my symmetrical shape; that was the aim from that diet Bro. And definitely that's will not be the same time when I get back to train absolutely not the same :D

I hope you have got my point.

you dont have any shape at 145 lbs... thats the point... thats more like a skeleton... that doesn't look healthy at all at your height, it looks disgusting bro, thats the point and thats why everyone is trying to help you..
