Gyno

I am off cycle and I did my pct and every necessary thing on cycle but i am still on 20 mg of nolva just to be on the safe side, but lately I have been going psycho about gyno I am always touching my nipple and checking my nipple and sometime i feel like there is something weird going on but i dont know if its just in my mind or there is something occuring in my nipple as an addition I have a small lump under my both nipples but they dont hurt me the last time i felt pain my nipples was during puberty. Please I want your help guys this thing is driving me crazy

Doesn't look like Gyno..does it feel like rice under the skin? Itching? Sensitive?

Definitely can't see it. But I have known gyno and you can't see it. Proven my mammogram and ultrasound and it still isn't visible. And you KNOW mine when you feel it. Sensitivity is a big one. Again. Known pain when it gets even brushed. My doc knows and is confident it will go away when my body regulates the new trt method.

Yes I have a small lump the same size a pea under my both lump i think i had it when i was going through puberty because back then it used to hurt me as hell but now my mind is keep playing games on me i dont know i became paranoid about gyno so I want your opinions on it is it noticeable in the photos? or its just in my head

honestly, on your second picture, i cant see it but i had it for so long that i know what you are talking about from your first picture... i bet there are times you can definitely tell it and others you can't, like when your nipples are kind of resting, (not cold LOL) then you can see it right? its not a bad case but i see where you are coming from and thats one of those things that you would likely just need surgery for
