I am a college tennis player in FL and I came across your videos when I was researching ways to bulk up and gain muscle mass but also not be chubby and gain a lot of fat in the process. I have been the same weight for probably 5 years. I've tried a bunch of different workouts and never really gotten into using supplements. I started using creatine last summer and I got some results but I'm impatient and I really am looking to get bigger. I had a tough semester so I lost a lot of the progress I made but I'm really trying to get it together this summer. I think if I see results fast it will motivate me to keep up with my body.

I'm 20, 5'7 and 150lbs, my BMI is 23.5
Most of my weight is in my lower abdomen, lower back area and continues down into my butt and thighs. That being said, my upper body is pretty small and always has been. Its probably the first place I lose weight. I am really trying to get a bigger upper body and FAST before I got back to school and start playing tennis again. The immense amount of cardio that comes with playing my sport I think is the reason why I have such a hard time gaining muscle mass. Especially in FL hot weather, its nearly impossible to gain weight naturally.

I'm not really sure if steroids are the answer. I'm not gonna lie its a little intimidating to watch the videos and read about the side effects. There are SO many lies on the internet about supplements and pills. I think after watching 9 or 10 of your videos the one thing that remained constant were the comments about your honesty. If you have ANY suggestions on steroid AND non steroid using ways of gaining weight I would greatly appreciate if you helped me out!
 
Hi bud... well, first of all, steroids are NOT an option right now... you're definitely too young and too undersized and you would risk causing damage to your hormonal system and crushing your joints, etc., as you would grow too fast.

If you can't gain weight, the problem is your diet. Workout and supplements are also important, but I guarantee that your diet is where the problem is ... are you tracking your calories? What do your macros look like?

You could maybe consider sarms, but your diet needs to be on point before

First off, steroids are NOT and option, and they NEVER should be.

Second, sarms are not an option either because these are banned substances for athletes. Unless you want to get suspended or kicked off the team, you should not take sarms.

As gian mentioned, what you need to focus on is your diet. Make sure you are eating the right foods and the right amount of foods. Your biggest issue, as you mentioned in your comment, is that you are impatient. It takes time to get the body that you want. It also takes hard work. Don't try to skip steps or find the easy way out because that will only cause trouble in the end. Put in the time and work, and it will pay off.

You need to work on your diet more than anything, but you are not in the right shape or condition for steroids and haven't built a proper base. Sarms might be a good option for you right now, but you need to get that diet right first and foremost.

no matter what you take, if your diet and training are not dialed in, then it makes no difference... YOU have to be willing to make changes and the necessary sacrifices to get what you want, period... it all comes down to how bad you truly want it... if you do, you will make the changes...
