I am a college tennis player in FL and I came across your videos when I was researching ways to bulk up and gain muscle mass but also not be chubby and gain a lot of fat in the process. I have been the same weight for probably 5 years. I've tried a bunch of different workouts and never really gotten into using supplements. I started using creatine last summer and I got some results but I'm impatient and I really am looking to get bigger. I had a tough semester so I lost a lot of the progress I made but I'm really trying to get it together this summer. I think if I see results fast it will motivate me to keep up with my body.
I'm 20, 5'7 and 150lbs, my BMI is 23.5
Most of my weight is in my lower abdomen, lower back area and continues down into my butt and thighs. That being said, my upper body is pretty small and always has been. Its probably the first place I lose weight. I am really trying to get a bigger upper body and FAST before I got back to school and start playing tennis again. The immense amount of cardio that comes with playing my sport I think is the reason why I have such a hard time gaining muscle mass. Especially in FL hot weather, its nearly impossible to gain weight naturally.
I'm not really sure if steroids are the answer. I'm not gonna lie its a little intimidating to watch the videos and read about the side effects. There are SO many lies on the internet about supplements and pills. I think after watching 9 or 10 of your videos the one thing that remained constant were the comments about your honesty. If you have ANY suggestions on steroid AND non steroid using ways of gaining weight I would greatly appreciate if you helped me out!
