Hello everyone, first of all, here are my stats: 23 years old, been lifting for 4 years consistently and also have a good knowledge of diet and exercise. I am currently at 14-15% bf and 85 kgs,, want to cut down for a show. I want to run a sarms cycle which will let me cut fat and gain good amount of muscle at the same time. I know it depends on my diet. I will surely get 200+ grams protein and calculate the remaining carbs and fat from the calories left. As I will be building muscle, I won't stay at a high caloric deficient. I think 300-500 is the maximum. Please help me with the sarms cycle.

Please modify it if this is not ideal.

week 1-12 Mk2866 (25 mgs per day)
week 5-12 Lgd 4033 (5 mgs per day)
week 1-16 daa


week 13-16 (PCT)

Cardarine(GW) 20 mgs
Clomid 25 mgs

How will this cycle go and what can I expect? I am not saying that i will definitely run that cycle. Please modify it and help me get the most out of it. Thank you.

If you are looking to Recomp, building lean muscle and burning fat both, you really need to add in GW and S4 to that stack which are excellent for fat burning. You also need to run everything 12 weeks on cycle to get the most out of it. Make sure you get everything from www.sarmsx.com and this is the layout for that

1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

Thank you so much for your reply sir. I will surely do what you say but I a have a problem. Can we not use the S4 or is it like very necessary? And please please don't mind what i am saying but what can i expect from it because i have done some research online and have seen no significant change in body of the onces who are running sarms. Please dont get me wrong.

i have no clue where you are reading that but there are hundreds of logs here that would be to differ... also, if you think that then why are you even asking to run it? s4 is the strongest sarm you can run... you dont have to include it but you are missing out on a lot without it
