Hope I am posting in proper area. A little bit about myself and stats: I am 49 years old, 6 FT tall, 210lbs, 15%bodyfat, been training on and off since high school, but mostly on. Time off was for lower back surgery in early 30's. I have been on trt since last year and my goals are to get bodyfat down, while increasing muscle mass. My diet consists of quality protein, eggs,chicken,turkey,fish and whey powder. Carbs are oats,grits,sweet potatoes and brown rice and cook in olive oil for the quality fat. Keeping training and diet on point while working 40-50 hrs. a week is not easy, but well worth it. Also, Glad I found this forum, it has been very helpful! Through my research here, ordered some ancills from Hipocampus and was amazed that funds were received in 3 hrs. and the next working day the order was completed.
