AAS questions and TRT

Hey Dylan, I'm a subscriber to both of your YouTube channels and love your content! Always keeping it real! Much respect!!!

So I have a few questions about AAS cycles. I've done a lot of research, but don't know near as much as you do and would love an opinion?

So I am 25 years old. 5'11" and about 211 pound @ 18% body fat. I've been training since I was 14 years old. Wrestled all my middle and high school years. I am currently dieting and working out 5 days a week with one muscle group a day and doing steady state cardio 3-5 days a week for about 30-45 minutes.

I have never done a steroid cycle ever and I was diagnosed with Low T. I am on TRT and take 180mg/week of test cypo. Also take naturthyroid as well.

I have recently started doing a test cycle at 450mg/week. 200mg test cyp and 250mg of test E.
I was wondering what you thought about that first test cycle?
Also anything I should run towards the end? Anavar ( I know you aren't to much of a fan for it)

Been reading on tren e as well want your takes on it.

Why are you running Cyp and Eth @ the same time?

BF is on the high side for AAS.

How long have you been on TRT?

Because cyp is my TRT dose and thought eth is basically the same and couldnt get my hands on more cyp. I've been working on lowering my body fat, I eat pretty clean 5-6 meals a day. High protein moderate carbs and fat. I've been on TRT for a little over a year and half

So you're saying 200mg's/week is your TRT dose and you added an additional 250 mg's of test a week?

How long ago did you add the extra 250 mg's?

Are you using an AI?

BF should have been lowered BEFORE starting a blast.

Yes 200mg of cyp weekly split into two shots.
Sunday and Thursday. (Blood work for test/do is 1,050dl. Free test is at 29)
And added 250 mg of test eth split into two shots as well. I'm about 5weeks in on the blast (5 weeks in with the extra 250mg)

I take adex @ .25 mg weekly and bloods for my E2 are around 30-34.

Only problem I see is that you should be in better shape before starting this cycle. Bodyfat is a little high bud

Yes. TRT dose is 200mg. (Blood work done every 6 weeks and I'm usually around 1,050dl of test and my free test is at 29)
I've been on the blast for 5 weeks.
I take adex @.25mg per week and E2 usually around 30.

i am truly sorry about your diagnosis man, truly... thats rough but trt will help you bro... im sorry but you should not be blasting anything at that body fat.. i cannot advise that nor on it... you are making a large mistake doing that... its not like your some lazy pig thats a million miles off bro... you can get to where you need to be in a short amount of time if you put in the right effort but at 18% your diet has holes as does your training... your turning this into a sprint instead of a marathon... you are making a mistake my man... im only trying to help but i dont do reckless and running cycles with an elevated body fat is reckless...

Can you plz clarify ....where you diagosed as low test or hypogonadal?

Well for a while I wasn't feeling like myself. Foggy brain always depressed. Lack of energy and motivation. I have always loved the gym, but I would work my ass off and never was able to keep muscle on. Had a hard time getting rid of fat. Had negative thoughts all the time. Felt unhappy. Lost confidence. I can keep going on, but one day I was talking to a body of mine who is an RN and he basically told me I should get my blood levels checked etc.. one day I decided to go in to a hormone clinic. Got my blood drawn. Waited a few weeks for the results. The doctor himself called me and asked me to come in and talk to him in person.
Long story short. He basically said my T levels were very low for my age. Came in at 185dl of test. My triglyceride was over 700. Hdl and ldl were high as well. Vitamin d3 was basically empty. My E2 was through the roof at 62. Anyways. He had me runn some test cyp and HCG for a few weeks. Went back everything looks great and I felt amazing! He told me to stop taking it for a few weeks and see what my body does. Few weeks later got blood drawn and I went back to low T again. What he said to me is my body can't make enough testosterone and the only way to keep me on the levels is on TRT. There's more towards the story just very long.

so...no one tried to determine WHY your test was 185ng/dL ?

did you supplement your D3?

what was your BF%....sounds like your lipids were whacked

Doctor didn't go to much into detail. Said there were lots of factors. Diabetes runs in my family so he said that could be something with it. And yes I supplement with D3. My body fat was 26% before TRT. I wasn't able to maintain muscle before TRT. I had a personal nutritionist. She would dial in my diet all the time and adjust and never could keep my muscle gains and would loose weight and gain it right back.

Diabetes runs in my family. My dad takes insulin. Family has history for high cholesterol. Strokes run in the family as well. I wanted to take care of my symptoms before I had anything bad happen. And turned out I had low T.

sorry bro..but "blasting" is the last thing you should be doing right now

your trt puts you over 1000ng/dL..you don't need anything more..seriously if you can't get down to 12% with 1000ng/dL your diet and training SUCK
more test won't do anything for you..in fact it will harm you
buckle down ..learn about nutrition..train hard and stop looking to steroids to do the work for you

I can't believe you got put on trt before addressing your vitamin d issue. Low vitamin d will cause low t...
OP said " one day I decided to go in to a hormone clinic"...."Doctor didn't go to much into detail. Said there were lots of factors"

SOP for TRT mill....just get 1 blood draw with low test score and on the TRT you go..never look for a cause..make a diagnosis of primary or secondary hypogonadal...never try to SOLVE THE PROBLEM..just "treat" low test...profit before patients

25 years old...High BF.....super low Vit D3.....yeah sure..just give him some Testosterone...for LIFE

great diagnosis and treatment plan

I'll stop the blast.

I was taking vitamin D3.

They also took a few semen analysis. And my volume was always low. Sperm count was always super low.
I kinda feel the same way about the doctor just basically saying "here you go and use this for the rest of your life", but we did runn few blood test before he actually put me in 200mg/weekly of test Cypo. He had me run HCG alone for a 6 weeks. Didn't increase too much of my " natural testosterone " then had me run HCG and test together and that helped a lot. Felt like a man again! After doing that I didn't run anything besides the HCG and went back at 5 weeks for blood draw and was at the mid 200's of test/dl.
