Hi guys, been a while since i've posted here.. still loving the DG vidoes, and loving the fact that he's doing workout videos! good looking out bro!

wanted to play around with anavar as my first oral cycle, and look to finish with 1andro as DG did a great video explaining the benefits to me,

requesting expereinced members here to advise a 12 week cycle using starting with anavar and finishing up with 1Andro

Years of training: 8
Complete cycle history (compounds, doses, lengths of time, when they were run): ultra recomp cycle from sarmsx x2 12 week cycle with full pct from sarmsx ran last year.
PCT for each cycle: as above
Goals: recomp
Supplements (if any): 1 protein shake post workout
General idea of nutrition (any food allergies???) calories kept to maintenance roughly 2000
Any other relevant info (injuries, surgeries you've had, etc: n/a

on top of that, what you picked brother, is so bad... anavar is so damn weak and really best for women to be perfectly honest... i know you saw the andro video i did but if you pay close attention you often here me say, "this is what THEY SAY it should do but i dont necessarily agree" andro is about as good as taking sugar pills... aside from getting great energy, you wont see jack shit... also bro, at your weight compared to height, its not a good idea to be using steroids yet until you get your weight up... you are extremely underweight for steroids..

How long have you been eating 2,000 calories a day? That amount is not getting it done.

for about a year or so now, i have some stubrn lower belly/pec chest fat which i'm trying to elimiate before growing

specific as in ratio to macro? it's about 50/30/20 carbs/pro/fats

goals to drop about 5ki body fat, about 5-7ki muscle so essentially a recomp, i seem to be a non responder to sarms :( either that or something im doing is terribly wrong as i've had a go at 2 12 weeks cycles

Welcome back bro. 2000 calories for a year?!?! IMO 2000cal is low and not a good place to have your maintenance calories. If your maintenance is 2000, you would have to drop them to 1600-1700 to enter a deficit which is to low in my opinion. I could understand someone ending a very long cut around 1700-1800, but not as a starting point. Personally, I would slowly-very slowly- reverse diet back up to a more reasonable number. Your metabolism will adapt - slowly- and eventually find a new set point. However, this will take detailed and strict adherence to nutrition....and time.

where did you get them from and what did you use bro?
 
what is your actual maintenance for calories? i cant imagine it being 2000, that would mean you basically do nothing all day which i know cannot be right bro
 
You have "stubborn" fat (there's no such thing) because you're in starvation mode; you're not eating enough.

Specific is;

Meal 1: THIS

no that would not have an effect but if your diet is off, which seems to be the case, it can clearly ruin a cycle... we need to get that fixed first before you use anything, regardless of the compound...
