Take it straight into the mouth from the dropper. Don't ever dilute it in anything. You are fine to chase it afterwards with water or another drink

how do you drink 0.5ml of liquid? so i just squirt the drops in my mouth, swallow then follow up with a glass of water? why would it make a difference if i diluted it in 5 or 6 ml of water ?

you can mix it with whatever you want but it can dilute it when mixed... the only thing i would consider mixing with is grapefruit juice because it provides max absorption... i cant understand whats so difficult in just putting it in a dropper, taking it straight down and if you need a chaser, thats fine... i just dont get the difficulty

Holy shit, drink it, slurp it, suck it . Just swallow the stuff alone each one & then take a drink of anything to wash it down , if necessary.. It's all good just don't mix it or serve it on the rocks. LOL
