Hi Dylan!

I am 42 years old , been lifting weights for about 7 years on and off, I am 5 7 weigh about 220 body fat 20 plus especially in mid section.

I did 5 cycles in past and I am trying to get back in shape, gain muscle and lower my body fat.

I follow your youtube channel all the time and I like it lot, and really appreciate it.

I am trying to run longer and save cycle lower sides i notice your big fun of EQ, PRIMO,TEST

I am you too I ran EQ in past didnt get great result cause i didnt run it long enough.

I eat clean most of the times ,but i notice fat increase in my mid section in last 3 years I am 42 now , I know my HGH and TEST production go down with age,.

What do you recommend for me?

bro, you need to stop right now, seriously... your out of control... your body fat is far too high for starters... then you say your trying to get back in shape and think that steroids are the answer? you could not be more wrong and off here... your going to hurt yourself in a major way.. you need to slow your roll at the highest extent man... you need to develop consistency in your diet and training... you can't just start taking steroids in the condition your in and magically get into shape... i live on the planet earth, i suggest you join me here... you can use sarms to help you get to the condition you need to be in but you need to focus on diet and training first... if your not familiar with sarms, start b y reading my articles here... https://www.isarms.com/selective-androgen-receptor-modulators

You defnitely need to get into better shape before ever touching steroids. What does your diet consist of?
