When ON TRT, HCG should be used for two weeks at 250x2 a week and then off for another 6 weeks and then repeat. Blood work helps dial you in to your dosage. Some may need less than 250iu. Try that. Stop your hcg use for about 6 weeks and of course continue your TRT and then do 250iu 2x a week for two weeks. Your leydig cells have become desensitized to hcg. Give it a break and start that protocol.

HCG twice a year is more than plenty. You could do it a couple more times if you want but don't do continual use.
