I am watching all your awesome knowledgeable videos on you tube. I am from India. I have lost 46 kg in 1.5 years from 112 kg to 66 kg. I am attaching my transformation pics below. Now my body fat is 12% approximate. Now what should i use now.....i mean i want lean bulk. so what could be the steroids i can use. Please help me. Provide me a best 3-5 month steroid cycle suggestion with human growth Hormone use. My age is 35 now. I have started all this seriously when i was 33 years 8 months. Please help me.

hey bro... congratulations on getting your weight down that much.. excellent job.. bro, you have not been training anywhere near long enough for steroid use.. you have barely been going over a year... you must understand that is basically nothing in terms of experience and overall development... you can do far more naturally and you never start using steroids without being fully developed... also, you have no reason whatsoever to use hgh... just because it sounds great to you does not mean its for you and you need to just drop that thought man...

Ok for lean bulking you need this
As a starting point your lean body mass × 14= calories too consume
Split that 40 percent protien 50 percent carbs 10 percent fats . Break that into 6 meals . thats a good baseline for lean bulking you will need too adjust this weekly too your body and metabolism.As far as drugs your not there yet bud.
 
op you need to be consistent in your training and fine tuning a proper diet that works for you before you jump to any drugs or supplementation
 
Of course he should get into the routine before starting anything I'm just saying that for where he's at its always good to start smalls and work up. Sarms are a great start point for someone like him.

If this is the way to do it. It sound like Im over taking calories. No wonder why Im getting body fat even when Im taking GW and S4. Im at 157 now I will say maybe 15% body fat. I was taking around 3000 calories a day.

This is a starting point everybody is differant and youll have too adjust as you go .If you were a client I would take in alot of other factors type of job other activies. Your current diet and what its doing too your body . also you would be using a glucometer too measure blood sugar rises after meals so I could asses insulin sensitivity and your reaction too differant carbs . its not that simple .And if you eating prepackaged foods and going by nutrtion facts on them your taking in far more calories than you think .the FDA is very loose with there regulations most of those labels are 20 to 30 percent off and some are utter bullshit .cooked fresh whole foods and weigh everything
