I tried submitting this once, but did not show up on active threads...not sure what I did wrong...if double post, my apologies!

Lab rat with the following:

competitive athlete - mid 20's, 6'3" / 182 lbs. / maint cal ~2800, looking to add mass (get to 200 lbs.), strength & speed. Due to specific sport, mass addition preferred primarily in glutes, legs, and back ...with some but lesser arm & chest gain. Due to specific sport played, need to limit too much chest. Shoulder ROM is VERY important so will not work shoulders at all.

Plan: daily calorie goal 4,000 with following supplements: Creatine, glutamine, BCAA, Velvet deer antler.
Sarms: MK 677 25mg & RAD 140 20 mg both dosed in evening. Bought from Sarmsx

Plan on running MK 677 for min of 6 months, and RAD 140 for 12 weeks, and then check status to see if longer is needed.

Workout: Mon: legs, Tues: Back, Wed: Arms, Thurs: chest but not too heavy, Speed & agility work: 3 times per week.

Once post workout recovery shortens, do you think adding a second leg & back day is ok?

Any other suggestions?

Hat sport are you in? I would suggest still hitting your whole body. Working out shoulders should have no impairment whatsoever on your range of movement. Adding a second back and leg day depends on the volume you are doing. You can either have high volume or high frequency. Not both. That's counterproductive.

I would highly recommend adding in GW and LGD to the stack as well. GW will help your endurance which will only help,you in your sport.

1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…

Been doing heavy / low reps especially on legs...so if that is the case you are saying don't add a second leg day, even if soreness is lessened? Also, I thought MK 677 was best if used minimum of 6 months, you have 12 weeks, should I check progress after 12 weeks, and if needed continue MK 677?

I'll look at the other SARMS you listed. The sport is high level pitcher (baseball). Endurance not really an issue, but if GW has other benefits might look at, and will see what GW can add, I can certainly add them. Arm layback, and ROM in the rotator cuff (shoulder) is very important, so I really need to be careful there....really looking at back, and lower body mass / strength, but could add shoulders in great moderation.

Your PCT Clomid - are those numbers flor Clomid doses in mg, and for how many days each dose?....also how long on the GW, and is that the same as the GW-510516 above?
 
The Clomid dose is everyday that week. 50mg a day the first week, 25mg a day the second week, etc
 
Thanks guys...just a few more clarifications, and I should be good to go. I'm clear on the Clomid for 4 weeks at those dose levels. Is the 20mg / day of GW also for 4 weeks?

Also, it was mentioned to dose in the am....any issue if I dose both or all except GW in the pm? Easier schedule wise, plus since starting the MK-677 if taken in am, I get tired in afternoon / evening...any disadvantage to taking in pm?

With regards to RAd 140, I have read where dosing recommendations range from 10 - 25 mg/day with similar results. Sarmsx bottles show 10mg/ml. Is the most common dose 20mg/day so 2ml is required, correct?. If so, then a bottle only lasts 15 days correct?? That seems odd, why not increase strength so that each ml = 20mg, even if you have to increase the price for higher potency? Please help me clear this up...I'm confused if I need (2) bottles per month, or is 10 mg/ day sufficient....or is there such a thing as a 20mg/ml bottle I am not finding?

hey bro... let me answer all your questions...

1. rad is still fairly new... just like when gw was released as with lgd, they are very very expensive... that's the only way to sell them for that price... eventually the prices will drop as they did with gw and lgd... however as of right now, they are far more expensive... you can run 10 mg and get good results bro... however 20 is going to yield more

2. rick did not complete his cycle layout properly because he simply forgot to leave 677 in your pct... you run it continuously through pct and then continue right after as well... he will clarify that when he sees the post, im sure... its a 12 week cycle but you still continue 677 throughout and run it 6 months at the bare minimum but a year is the most optimal...

3. you dont want to dose any sarms in the pm whatsoever... they can affect sleep patters... DO NOT split 677 doses either... bro, if you deviate from the layouts then you will just learn the hard way... dont try to get tricky or you will lear...

4. yes, gw is 20 mg per day all 4 weeks in pct...

Just need to decide if will dose 10 mg or 20 mg of the RAD...at 20 mg, will need two bottles per month, since the bottles indicate 10 mg / ml - 30ml in each bottle. Sounds like I need to order more RAD!!!

im happy to help bro... you can run it at 10 mg like i said bro but there is a significant difference going to 20... rad is awesome... your going to love what it does...
 
Question regarding diet for this cycle. As mentioned earlier, really looking at adding mass as main goal....very fast metabolism, have not had fat % calculated but hasn't been an issue....I can barely stay at 180-is current weight with close to 3000 cals / day. Should the diet consist of just about anything & everything as often as possible, with emphasis on as much protein as possible, but not really staying away from carbs / sugars / or fats? Also, I read about what to eat / and not to eat at certain times of day or night....does that apply here, or just eat, eat, eat?

bro, please please please do not think or let anyone tell you to just eat "whatever" I fucking despise that so much... that dirty bulking thing... because its just a thing... its a bro science term... there is NO such thing... of course you need to add calories but they need to be clean ones... so add more chicken, more fish etc... you dont EVER EVER think its okay to eat as much sugars, fats etc... unless you want to look like complete shit, then by all means... lay out your typical diet and also you maintenance calories...
