As u mentioned in the video dianobol leads to some side effects...how to overcome those side effects?drinking lot of water and little dosage avoids those effects??and wat about gynocostmania and how to avoid it??? Can i take dianobol along with mass gainer please suggest me..

you would definitely not want mass gainer with dbol... one sloppy gain for another is really not what you want whatsoever... for me to provide the best info i need your stats... age/height/weight/body fat?

Agree with all the comments here. As a former AAS user from the 80's who started way too young (20 y/o) I'm telling you that you don't need this stuff now. The amount of testosterone and GH your body is throwing out now is phenomenal. All you need to do is harness that with good eating and training. Also - and believe me here bro - with your current stats you would not get anywhere near the gains and it would be a waisted cycle. I can't tell you how many dudes I trained with back in the day who were skinny as shit and looked to roids as the magic bullet. Rather they got all the negative sides with minimal size increase. Your body is not primed for growth yet bro. Eat. Train. And enjoy this time of your life.
