there's a million different things it can be... can you give a layout of your diet right now? some people just dont respond to things... ive seen people who dont respond to eq, tbol etc... while others get amazing results... its rare just as it is with sarms but of course its possible... everyone is so different on response... i respond rapidly to things... i can see eq work around week 5 where most can't see a thing until week 8 or 9.. most orals hit me in two days where most take a week or two... then there are others who take double the time... its very strange and there's no way to explain it...
 
I have been on LGD and GW for about 3 weeks going on 4, and I have yet to see any real results endurance I can see a bit. Strength close to none fat loss none. Cardio in the am 4-5 days a week fasted and weights in the PM diet has been in a caloric def, maybe sarms aren't for me?? Or am I the ones that takes longer to get results?

I'm not sure what you want us to tell you. If you aren't seeing results, take a look at things like your diet and your training ethic to see what you might be doing wrong.

You are using a great source with sarmsx, so it's obvious the compounds work. Either you are just expecting too much and having unrealistic exoectations, or something is off with diet or training

Bro clearly if you read it said i was losing fat even before the sarms when I started the cylce I was at 14% when I was at 20% months before. I was shredding up nicely. Everyone where makes it seem like these sarms are suppose to give you a bit of an edge and from the threads GW is suppose to kick in second week. My diet is controlled weighted out portions. Sarms in my opinion don't work for me. I have seen no strength results that are like WOW what I seen is what I would see even if I wasn't on these things. The LGD I would get maybe that it would take longer to take effect. But as for GW everyone I think you even said it takes about 2 weeks to kick in but I seen little to none. I'm my honest opinion as of right now these sarms were a waste of money. Maybe in a couple of weeks it will change my mind. Hopefully it does.

Going from 20% to 14% is nothing bro. That's basically going from fat to average. Anybody can do something like that by making very small changes. Now going from 14% to lower bodyfat is going to require a little more of a regiment in terms of diet.

Bro, I'm not saying you don't have a good diet or your training isn't up to par, but help me help you!! I mean THOUSANDS of people get the results they want from the products so let's take a step back and analyze things a bit.

Why don't you start by posting your diet for us and perhaps telling us your training routine.

Morning is 6 egg whites with 1 full egg

1/2 cup of oatmeal no sugar or 2 pieces of toast depending on what I'm feeling

Meal 2 is

6oz of chicken with 1/2 cup or rice
Or sometimes a protein shake with 1/2 cup of rice

Meal 3-is the same as 2

Meal 4 is 6oz of chicken with no carbs and CLA

Meal 5 is the same as 4

All my meals can be 6oz of chicken or fish sometimes beef rarely though

I take BCAAs L-Carnatine Omega and CLA in the am along with my LGD and pre workout i take L-Carntine and GW Post workout I take BCAAs and intra workout i take Jetmass

of course your going to get stagnant with this diet after a while... theres literally nothing to it... you have no fiber, no vegetables... barely any carbs and the exact same meat portions all day long... your taking in 2 lbs. of meat every day and basically nothing else but a few egg whites and a bowl of oats... how could you expect to continue to lose weight this way? your lacking in so many areas... this is exactly what to expect.. you may lose weight at the beginning just due to a lifestyle change and eating more healthy however since it has so many holes and is lacking in so many areas, it will quickly become stagnant and perhaps detrimental... you cant look at this diet and honestly expect to continue to lose weight with it bro...

reducing bf levels to get under 10% requires optimal training/nutrition. like RickRock said, when dropping to single digit bf this won't happen at the same pace from 20% to 14% you've previously experienced. world class athletes incorporate DNP to achieve extremely low levels of body fat. GW is an endurance compound, fat loss can be a direct benefit of enhanced endurance, thus providing you with a more suffice means of reducing body fat levels. Keep is positive bro, maybe even switch things up - your body may be accustomed to your current routine

exactly and you have to utilize gw's benefits... it allows you to have far more output but you have to give the output to accomplish something... you have to push because it allows you to go further than you ever knew so you have to push to see just how far its taking you...

what's your macro break down? you may be carb/fat deficient
 
Lets say your fat loss is the same rate as before. One could argue that SARMS are indeed helping since losing fat at lower BF% is tougher. That being said, if you are being very honest (with both us and yourself) about your diet and training then perhaps you dont respond as well. In truth, I didnt have amazing results with GW but I STILL noticed something. LGD results were much easier to see for me.

On another note, please understand that the majority of guys that say they arent getting results are not making progress because of their diet and they are a bit delusional about it. The compounds arent magic. Thats why so many members are asking if you are 100% sure your diet is good. Perhaps you are the exception in that your diet and training are on point and you arent getting results. If that is the case they atleast you now KNOW something instead of just THINK something. I hope that makes sense.

its very clear there is deficiency there along with fiber intake, which is next to none... thats not good at all and having all these deficiencies make it quite difficult to burn fat at a higher rate regardless of what is being used...
