I started this morning.I dosed 20mg GW,25mg S4(another 25mg in the PM) & 25mg MK-2866.Washed them down with black coffee.Not bad at all.I don't know what all the hubbub is about the taste.The crystals in the GW were a bit of a surprise though.
I'm a 47 year old male.5'8".185lbs.I'm not sure of my body fat.I'm waiting on a caliper.I have a stubborn gut.The rest of my body is muscular though.Arms flexed are 16.5".
My primary goal for this 12wk cycle is to lose fat.I'd also like to add on some lean muscle,maybe 5-6 pounds of it.I'll be at a 100-300 caloric deficit throughout the cycle depending on how I feel,maybe more maybe less.I'm not going to let myself get hungry,but not full either.
I know this is probably all in my head but I felt more energized within 15min of taking them.
Started off with cardio 30min on stationary bike,heaviest setting as fast as I can go.No problem at all.Worked up a good sweat.Feeling good.
Stretching for 20min with some yoga moves in there.Okay all warmed up.Time to hit the weights.

Deadlift 4x8
Bent Over Rows 4x10
Pullups 3x20
Dumbell Rows 3x12
Shrugs 3x20
Wide Grip Preacher Curls 3x10
Hammer Curls with Tricep Bar 3x10
Concentration Curls 10,12,15
Forearm roller 5 sets forward & backwards (or to failure)
Walk around my place with 100lb dumbells until failure
Cool Down> Stationary Bike medium setting 10min
Total time 105min
I had an awesome workout!I got a GREAT pump in all the muscle groups.Also the pump seemed to last a little longer than usual.I'm not sure if the SARMs had anything to do with it.The mind & the placebo effect are stronger than just about any drug there is from my experience.
I'll be updating this thread daily or EOD.I'll also try & get some pics up soon too.
