I started this morning.I dosed 20mg GW,25mg S4(another 25mg in the PM) & 25mg MK-2866.Washed them down with black coffee.Not bad at all.I don't know what all the hubbub is about the taste.The crystals in the GW were a bit of a surprise though.

I'm a 47 year old male.5'8".185lbs.I'm not sure of my body fat.I'm waiting on a caliper.I have a stubborn gut.The rest of my body is muscular though.Arms flexed are 16.5".

My primary goal for this 12wk cycle is to lose fat.I'd also like to add on some lean muscle,maybe 5-6 pounds of it.I'll be at a 100-300 caloric deficit throughout the cycle depending on how I feel,maybe more maybe less.I'm not going to let myself get hungry,but not full either.

I know this is probably all in my head but I felt more energized within 15min of taking them.

Started off with cardio 30min on stationary bike,heaviest setting as fast as I can go.No problem at all.Worked up a good sweat.Feeling good.

Stretching for 20min with some yoga moves in there.Okay all warmed up.Time to hit the weights.

Back,Biceps & Forerms

Deadlift 4x8

Bent Over Rows 4x10

Pullups 3x20

Dumbell Rows 3x12

Shrugs 3x20

Wide Grip Preacher Curls 3x10

Hammer Curls with Tricep Bar 3x10

Concentration Curls 10,12,15

Forearm roller 5 sets forward & backwards (or to failure)

Walk around my place with 100lb dumbells until failure

Cool Down> Stationary Bike medium setting 10min

Total time 105min

I had an awesome workout!I got a GREAT pump in all the muscle groups.Also the pump seemed to last a little longer than usual.I'm not sure if the SARMs had anything to do with it.The mind & the placebo effect are stronger than just about any drug there is from my experience.


I'll be updating this thread daily or EOD.I'll also try & get some pics up soon too.

I didn't mind the taste of GW, s4 isn't bad either. Never had mk. Look forward to your results bro.

All they taste like is alcohol.I didn't notice a difference in the tastes at all except the texture of the GW having crystals in it.

I was going to get the SR but decided to just stick with these 3 for my first cycle.I may include it in my next but honestly the multiple doses a day are kind of a deterrent for me.

s4 is where your getting the pump from bro... you can definitely attribute that feeling to the s4... your going to see that s4 and gw are very fast acting and you notice effects rather quickly with their use... your going to love the effcts brother

Feeling awesome.It's hard to explain.It's definitely something above natural.I haven't felt this good during & after a workout in almost 20 years.It's only the second day too! :o.I felt like I could've done an extra rep or two with each movement,but decided not to push it.Killer pumps all around though.

I'll get some pics up soon,& after I post my leg workout tomorrow I'll stop posting my whole workout.

yes the GW certainly doesn't have the effect of the jittery preworkout powder bullshit. it is awesome to see that it is working so quickly for you!! most folks it takes 3 to 4 days to immerse in the blood. I also noticed I didn't start sweating until later in my cardio sessions as well. cant wait to see where this ride takes you bro

I hope I don't pay for this tomorrow.The last time I worked my shoulders I could barely move my right arm for about four days.I didn't directly work my side delts though like last time,so we'll see.

Oh no problem.Thanks for your help.I drive for a living & taking a dose every two or three hours just isn't doable.It's not like I can pop a pill.I have to pull over & mess with the dropper.I'm sure the SR would be great for my goals,I just wish it had a longer half life.
 
Anyone notice a decrease of appetite from this stack?I don't feel as hungry as I normally do.
 
Day 3:Legs,Abs/Core

Warm-Up> 30min on Stationary Bike
*I noticed my max heart rate went from 161 to 142.That's frigging amazing in three days.I'd imagine my resting HR went down too.

Stretching/Yoga >15min

Ab roller(basically a stick on a wheel>roll all the way out,touch belly to the ground & pull back)
3x15 front
3x15 side to side

Hanging Knee Raises 4x20

Front Plank x2@2min
Side Plank x2 each side @2min

Front Squats 4x12
Lunges w/Dumbells 4x10

Leg Extensions 4x10
Leg Curls 8x10

One legged standing calf raise w/dumbell 5x10 each leg

Cool Down - Jumping rope fast>3min. medium>3min.slow>3min

So far all I really feel is the GW as far as energy & endurance goes.I don't feel much stronger or muscle hardening yet,but it IS only the third day.I DO notice a better "overall well being feeling" though.
 
Day 5>I started noticing the muscle hardness everyone's talking about with the S4.I'm feeling tighter all over.Overall well being has increased also.

I have BW this morning.I woke up with a raging erection.I hope my T isn't too high.I've been low dosing the past two weeks.Do sarms help out with erections?Usually when I low dose it's no where near this hard.
