First i'm Québec city so i have a poor english ;-)... I have 2 questions

First;

I ran TBol only and I would like to say what is the best dosage et how many weeks to run it... I'm a 40 years old men, 5'9'' and 160 lbs and I practice training over 15 years. Many said 8 weeks between 40-60 mg a day. What do you think about it. I dont ran testo. Only Tbol. I eat well and drink lot of water. Its important to know it's my first cycle. So I would like to have the best dosage to maximise weight gains. I take daily milk thistle and LIV52 for liver. I have a Nolva PCT for after.

Second;

I would like to ran Deca cycle. You told on a video a 250 mg a week for deca and with 300 mg of testo for 12-14 weeks and 30 mg of dianabol for 1 month. You told it's an awsome combo to take and KEEP the lean gain. You told 2 product to combat prolactine? I dont understand the name. And what the best PCT for this cycle? It is a cycle with quality and durable gain or a big balloon full of water? Could you give to me the best dosage and MOSTLY the products who can help to combat side effects.

Your first cycle should be test only. It is very important to see how your body responds to this before moving on to other compounds.

Honestly though man, in my opinion 5'9" and 160lbs is a bit underweight to run AAS. With 15 years of training, I would expect you to be larger. Im sure some others chime in with their opinions though. In the meantime, what is your approximate body fat percentage? Also, have you ever gotten your T levels checked?

You need to stay away from steroids at the moment bro. You need to work on building a better foundation with proper diet and training.

Also oral only cycles re horrible, and when you are ready for a Steroid cycle orals only are a horrible idea. Test only is why is advised.

At the moment I wad suggest stying away from steroids and going with a sarms stack to help you add muscle mass and strength. Here is a good protocol for you to follow

Thanks for your info. Im an ecto-meso. Plus, im a carpenter who work hard every day. And im train 5 day a week since im on tbol. I think a train too hard and too long for my morphology and day work. Anybody have an idea of a good training for me? My calorie amount per day its ok but if i overtrained, i never take any amount of mass. Thanks to respond folks! ☺

oral only cycles are the worst types of cycles along with the stupidest... please just drop this entirely from your ideas and thoughts...

you need to not overtrain for one... thats extremely counterproductive and will only make this process much harder than it should or needs to be... why dont you post your diet and also explain your goals here so proper advisement can give be given
 
Thanks for respond. I will not consider oral in the future... I stop my cycle and stay away from oral only cycle.

That's defnitely the right route bro. Stay away from those, and get your diet and training in check.
