Air Bubbles

I've heard some bro science on this topic in the past, so figured I'd get some clarity.

Does it matter if there is air in your syringe when you inject?

I don't see why there would be. If there is air hold the syringe needle to the ceiling and flick the syringe. The air will travel to the top. Then push the plunger until the air is removed. And if there are some air bubbles you will not die- it is not being injected into your veins

Some people prefer having some air in there. They claim that it pushes the oil in more effectively. Just trying to find out if this is a myth.

Some bro made the crossover mistake between I.M. and I.V. Too much air in the vein can be dangerous...air in the muscle is nothing at all.

A little air bubble makes no difference at all bro. It's perfectly fine

I doubt that.

Not something I would lie about... lol. I read a thread in the past suggesting keeping .3ml of air in syringe to ensure you are "pushing" your gear in as deep as possible. Tried it. It was definitely more painful.

If you only did it once then it could have been a random occurrence that was going to be painfull anyway. There is no way that even 1/2 ccc of air would or should hurt.I very seldom pay attention to the air.Sometimes I forget to push the plunger back up after pulling. I can't see any medical reason why air should hurt.
I just googled it and every site says not a problem.

Air bubles arent a problem if it was you couldnt asperate. I always get them all out but only too make sure I draw a acurate dose in the pin . not because it might hurt me .

I always inject with a air bubble. That way I get all the gear injected

That's interesting... I might as well not even worry about clearing the air from now on. Just draw, measure and plunge.

Yeah, I've noticed that nearly every time I try to clear the air, there is a tiny amount of gear trapped at the top near the base of the needle. Comes out every time I push the air out. More worth it from now on to just keep the air.

I made a new thread with some good info. It is called proper injection technique. Maybe worth a read in case you have any doubts.
