Hi guys!As you can see i`m about to run my first cycle,and i have a few questions for you.I`m 22 about 6`3(192cm) and 95kg(i think it`s about 210) my bf is in range something from 10 to 12%.I read a lot and decided to run test only cycle and i`ll go probably 250mg/week for a 10 weeks streight.Before cycle i was on 6 week priming(carb cycle) and for that period i lost something about 14pounds(6kg).So,my questions for you are:
1.Should i go with some protections pils(like proviron,nolvadex,etc) or i can safely run it without anything?
2.Is my cycle ok?
3.I want to get as lean as possible weight,i`m expecting to gain anout 15punds,and is it realistic?
4.Should i slowly puting my carbs and proteins up,or faster? At this point,on average,im eating about 200grams of Protein,100gr grams of Carbs,and 60grams of fat.
