Hi guys!As you can see i`m about to run my first cycle,and i have a few questions for you.I`m 22 about 6`3(192cm) and 95kg(i think it`s about 210) my bf is in range something from 10 to 12%.I read a lot and decided to run test only cycle and i`ll go probably 250mg/week for a 10 weeks streight.Before cycle i was on 6 week priming(carb cycle) and for that period i lost something about 14pounds(6kg).So,my questions for you are:
1.Should i go with some protections pils(like proviron,nolvadex,etc) or i can safely run it without anything?
2.Is my cycle ok?
3.I want to get as lean as possible weight,i`m expecting to gain anout 15punds,and is it realistic?
4.Should i slowly puting my carbs and proteins up,or faster? At this point,on average,im eating about 200grams of Protein,100gr grams of Carbs,and 60grams of fat.

Hey bro, I think you are a little on the young side to start a cycle in my personal opinion. I think you should wait a couple more years. You have a good plan using test only at a,lower dose, but you really need to be a little bit older in my opinion.

Gaining 15 lbs while getting as lean as possible is a bit of a stretch for being realistic too in my opinion. Besides that steroids aren't fat burners.

Right now with your goals and age, I think your best option is to go with a sarms stack. That can and will help you lose bodyfat, increase endurance, and add muscle mass and strength

Your a little young to be running AAS just yet. 25 is the youngest to really start and I honestly wouldn't recommend them before 30 (just my opinion). Also its obvious by the questions your asking that your not ready for Anabolics yet.They are good questions that show you want to do this right but you need a bit more experience before you start with AAS.
You would be much better off with Sarms. You will gain quality muscle and can keep your BF% down.

i would highly reconsider this... your far too young for steroid use and your only going to hurt yourself long term.. your going to learn a very hard lesson and your going to ruin your natural growth... your going to set yourself for nothing but problems.. don't be stupid and have to learn the hard way... you can definitely look at sarms as a different option here but using anabolics is setting yourself up for nothing but problems...

Ok,i`ll take it under considerations...Thanks for answering..I`m very unsatisfied with results in comperasing with time and work i put into,so i tought that now is the right time to came to the dark side...i read a lotbut ofc i don`t think that i know a lot :)I ate clen and train in tthe gym for over 4 yrs...I you all be kind to tell why is 22(in few months 23) too young and what is the side effects that i`m gonna face if i decide to run this type of cycle? no offense bro but 4 years is NOTHING... your nowhere near any sort of plateau whatsoever... bro please don't call it the "dark side" that term is insulting and noone gives any respect when hearing that.. just so you know in the future

your body is still growing naturally and will be for several more years... your going to damage and alter this process, resulting in your body going haywire and not understanding what it should be doing... by damaging this process now, you will alter your future in a very negative way... you will not develop properly and your going to highly confuse your body to the point it does not know where to go or what to do... your going to learn the hard way

Wow.. You waited a while to run your first cycle, which is a smart move. Too many people jump the gun too soon.

Just IMHO, 30+ with no less than ten years in the gym first. I was 40 with my first cycle and I had been training 26 years at that point.
 
I am just slow. I competed drug free very well then entered a doctoral program. Figured unless I could go pro and get huge I needed a career. It was back when Haney and Labrada ruled and I saw no path to $$$. So I just Trained. Then had kids first.
